Tiki Cocktail Party 2
This party menu brings together four cocktails from the classic era of Tiki drinks. As well as the Tiki tour de force known as the Mai Tai, ample support is provided by The Royal Hawaiian, a rich Daiquiri and the Saturn cocktail.
Serve and Party
All that remains is to serve your drinks and enjoy the party. Follow these steps for serving each drink.
If possible chill your glasses in advance by putting them in the freezer or by adding ice and water.
Select the correct glass and fill to the top with ice. Using only a few cubes of ice will spoil the drink.
Pour the drink, holding back any partially melted ice in the jug with the mixing spoon.
Garnish the drink. Garnishes are not usually essential, but they add a touch of elegance to your drinks.

Mai Tai
- Serve the cocktail in a Rocks glass.
- Garnish with a Mint sprig and a half a spent Lime shell.
- The jug will make approximately 12 drinks.
Royal Hawaiian
- Serve the cocktail in a Rocks glass.
- Garnish with a Lemon wheel.
- The jug will make approximately 14 drinks.
Tiki Daiquiri
- Serve the cocktail in a Rocks glass.
- Garnish with a wedge of Lime on the rim of the glass.
- The jug will make approximately 12 drinks.
Saturn
- Serve the cocktail in a Rocks glass.
- Garnish with a Mint sprig.
- The jug will make approximately 17 drinks.
