Tiki Cocktail Recipes
Tiki cocktails combine exotic fruits with with Rum and other rich spirits and are almost always served over ice for maximum refreshment. The Tiki style of eating and drinking was created in the 30s by cocktail gurus Donn Beach and Trader Vic. Following a gradual decline, due to the use of artificial ingredients and 80s naffness, a return to fresh ingredients and authentic recipes has brought Tiki back to life.
