Yule Mule
Dry Cranberry Juice brings a seasonal edge to the classic Mule combination of Vodka and spicy Ginger Beer. Created by domestic goddess Nigella Lawson.
Mix
2 shots of Light Rum
2.5 shots of Cranberry Juice
Top up with Ginger Beer
Shake
Build the cocktail in the glass over lots of ice, add all of the ingredients and stir.
Pour
Serve in a Collins glass and garnish with a selection of mixed berries.

Fill the glass to the top with ice.
Measure 2.5 shots of Cranberry Juice and add to the glass.
Top up the glass with Ginger Beer.
Gently stir.
Taste the cocktail and if necessary adjust the balance with a touch of extra sugar or citrus juice.
Garnish the cocktail with a selection of mixed berries.
