Cooler Other Collins Lemon

This unlikely combination forms a refreshing Cooler, perfect for kicking back with on a summer day. It's a modern variation on a classic that's popular in Andalucia, where Red Wine is combined with the Spanish mixer, Cacera. Make sure the glass is filled with ice before adding the ingredients, and if possible chill the Fanta prior to mixing. Its got to be cold to work!

Mix

3 shots of Red Wine
3 shots of Fanta Lemon

Shake

Build the cocktail in the glass over lots of ice, add all of the ingredients and stir.

Pour

Serve in a Collins glass and garnish with a lemon wheel.
