Sea Breeze
Classic Cooler that has spawned a thousand variations. As with all the best coolers, a dry edge lends the drink a refreshing edge.
Mix
2 shots of Vodka
3 shots of Cranberry Juice
1.5 shots of Grapefruit Juice
Shake
Build the cocktail in the glass over lots of ice, add all of the ingredients and stir.
Pour
Serve in a Collins glass and garnish with a lime slice.

Fill the glass to the top with ice.
Measure 3 shots of Cranberry Juice and add to the glass.
Measure 1.5 shots of Grapefruit Juice and add to the glass.
Gently stir.
Taste the cocktail and if necessary adjust the balance with a touch of extra sugar or citrus juice.
Garnish the cocktail with a lime slice.
