Fresh Raspberry takes the lead but works surprisingly well with the Cachaca. An excellent Batida.
2 shots of Cachaca
0.75 shots of Sugar Syrup
2 quarters of Lime
4 Raspberries
Build in the glass, add the Raspberries and the quartered Lime, muddle with the Cachaca, add all the other ingredients and churn with lots of crushed ice.
Serve in a Rocks glass.
Condensation on the glass of a Raspberry Caipirinha.
Add 2 quarters of Lime to the glass.
Add 4 Raspberries to the glass.
Gently muddle the contents of the glass
Measure 0.75 shots of Sugar Syrup and add to the glass.
Fill up the glass with lots of crushed ice.
Churn the contents of the glass.
Taste the cocktail and if necessary adjust the balance with a touch of extra sugar or citrus juice.
