Poinsettia
A delicate Champagne cocktail with a flowery edge and a refreshing fruit finish. Elegant, sophisticated and highly recommended.
Mix
0.5 shots of Triple Sec
1 shot of Cranberry Juice
Top up with Champagne
Shake
Build in the glass, add the first two ingredients, top up with Champagne and gently stir.
Pour
Serve in a Flute glass and garnish with an orange zest twist.

Fill a Flute with ice and water to chill it for a moment, before discarding. Build the cocktail in the chilled glass.
Measure 0.5 shots of Triple Sec and add to the glass.
Measure 1 shot of Cranberry Juice and add to the glass.
Gently stir.
Taste the cocktail and if necessary adjust the balance with a touch of extra sugar or citrus juice.
Garnish the cocktail with an orange zest twist.
