Wonderfully simple Vodka Martini that delivers a clean and crisp Passion Fruit buzz. The simplest of recipes can often be the best, and this example is no exception. The rich flavour and sharp edge of the Passion Fruit requires little accompaniment. The recipe comes courtesy of Simon Difford, although its been renamed here for clarity.
