The Long Island Iced Tea is a potent combination of the big five spirits. A top of cola turns this firewater into a dangerously innocuous cooler. Imbibe with caution!

0.5 shots of Vodka
0.5 shots of Gin
0.5 shots of Triple Sec
1 shot of Lime Juice
Top up with Cola
Add the first six ingredients to the mixing tin with lots of ice, shake thoroughly, strain over lots of ice and top up with Cola.
Serve in a Collins glass and garnish with a lime wedge.
