Incredibly simple Tiki recipe with an interesting and moreish flavour profile. Coconut syrup and Lime are up front, followed by a long rum finish. Magic in a glass from Beachbum Berry who created the drink that this recipe was adapted from.
2 shots of Dark Rum
1.5 shots of Cream of Coconut
0.5 shots of Lime Juice
Add all the ingredients to the mixing tin, add lots of ice, shake thoroughly and strain into the glass over lots of crushed ice and churn.
Serve in a Rocks glass and garnish with a lime shell.

For a Coconaut Re-entry: garnish with a lime shell containing a splash of high proof spirit and small piece of toasted bread, light carefully with a long match.
Measure 1.5 shots of Cream of Coconut and add to the mixing tin.
Measure 0.5 shots of Lime Juice and add to the mixing tin.
Add lots of ice to the mixing tin.
Shake the drink well until condensation forms on the outside of the mixing tin.
Fill up the glass with crushed ice.
Churn the contents of the glass.
Taste the cocktail and if necessary adjust the balance with a touch of extra sugar or citrus juice.
Garnish the cocktail with a lime shell.
