Caipirinha Vodka Rocks Lime

Replacing the Cachaca in a Caipirinha with vodka, produces the clean, crisp and delicious Caipirovska. Add a spoon full of Brown Sugar to enhance the flavour. The name of this cocktail is often spelt in a number of different ways including Caipiroska or Caipirosca.

Quick Guide

Mix

2 shots of Vodka
0.75 shots of Sugar Syrup
1 whole quartered Lime

Shake

Build in the glass, muddle the quartered Lime with the Sugar Syrup, add the Vodka and lots of crushed ice and churn well.

Pour

Serve in a Rocks glass.
