Blackberry Mule
Ginger Beer adds spice to the rich blackberry flavours in this dark, fruity Mule. Created by PartyCocktails.com.
Mix
1.5 shots of Vodka
0.5 shots of Creme de Mure
0.5 shots of Lime Juice
Top up with Ginger Beer
Shake
Add the first three ingredients to the mixing tin with lots of ice, shake thoroughly, strain over lots of ice and top up with Ginger Beer.
Pour
Serve in a Collins glass and garnish with 2 blackberries.

Fill the glass to the top with ice.
Measure 0.5 shots of Creme de Mure and add to the glass.
Measure 0.5 shots of Lime Juice and add to the glass.
Top up the glass with Ginger Beer.
Gently stir.
Taste the cocktail and if necessary adjust the balance with a touch of extra sugar or citrus juice.
Garnish the cocktail with 2 blackberries.
