Rum and Orange is the classic combination that forms the core of this contemporary Tiki cocktail. This drink works best with an aged Jamaican Rum, such as Appleton 8 or 12, and freshly squeezed tangerines in place of the orange juice listed below. Created by Paul Wheatley at PartyCocktails.com.
2 shots of Dark Rum
1 shot of Orange Juice
0.5 shots of Pineapple Juice
0.5 shots of Passion Fruit Syrup
Add all the ingredients to the mixing tin, add lots of ice, shake thoroughly and strain into the glass over lots of crushed ice and churn.
Serve in a Rocks glass and garnish with an Overproof Rum float.
A float of Overproof Rum completes the Anani Punch cocktail.
